Cancellation Policy
Out of respect for your therapist and fellow clients, please note that we do have a 24-hour cancellation policy, and that you will be charged for missed appointments. Please note that we cannot bill an extended insurance provider (MSP, ICBC, WCB or other) for your missed appointments.
Extended Health Plan Benefits
While you do not require a doctor's referral to make an appointment, some extended health plans do require one for reimbursement. These plans vary greatly in coverage and it is therefore beneficial to contact your provider for details. A receipt will be issued to you for reimbursement.
